How to move bulk amounts of dry materials, such as powders, quickly and effectively from place to place.

Technology

Probably one of the most cost-effective and efficient ways to move smaller or bulk loads of dry materials, such as powders, from place to place, is with the use of a Vacuum conveying System.  A simple but reliable method that uses suction to transfer the product along a network of tubing, all the way from the pickup point to the customer’s process.  With no tendency for outward leaking because of the materials being transferred by atmospheric pressure this is a very clean and efficient method. The Vacuum Conveying System is particularly useful as an extra solution to automated and control-oriented systems.  Divided into two specific phases of dilute and denser, the dense phase is when the material to be transported is lean and thick, while the dilute phase is when the materials are entrained in air.

There are many advantages to using a Vacuum Conveying System, including its flexibility, and low-profile design, and lots of dry materials can be effectively transported using this method.  Basically, a vacuum conveying system is a suction machine that utilises air pressure to move dry materials through a series of pipes. Making use of a powerful blower the system transports materials much more effectively than the old-fashioned conveyor belts of the past.

Most effective when used for the transportation of large or small quantities of powdered materials such as grains.
